I had the opportunity to visit Ottawa for work but had some time to do a little sight seeing.  The Notre Dame Basilica was amazing.  Here are photos from there, Parliament Hill, and some other stops.

So proud of my hockey players!   First, Alex helped lead his team to win the end of the season JV tournament in Falmouth with a 3-0 shut out win in the championship game against Falmouth HS.  He has been on a bit of a hot streak and has not allowed a puck in over the last 13 periods of play.  Here is the team after the game:

Then, last weekend, Max helped his Gardiner PeeWee team win the State Championship for the 2nd year in a row!  Max was stellar in net, allowing only 3 goals over the entire weekend and logging 3 shut-outs in 5 games, including their 3-0 shut out for the championship game!

Their season isn't quite over - we still have an out of state tournament in March, but this was the cherry-on-top of another great season.  Way to go Tigers!
